Privacy Policy

TurboMind.AI (the “Service”) is operated by Haven Springs, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at admin@archangel.design.

Account information. Your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and email address Google shares with us.

Content you create. Voice recordings, transcripts, typed text, mind maps and their thoughts, files you attach, calendar events, task assignments, voice labels, and the email addresses of people you share a mind with or assign a task to.

Guest use. If you use the Service without an account, your mind map is saved in your own browser. What you say or type is sent to our servers so it can be turned into a map, and is not saved to an account. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address to apply hourly usage limits.

Technical information. Basic device and browser information, error reports when something breaks, and your preferred interface language.

Browser storage. We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and hold guest minds. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To provide the Service: transcribe speech, organize it into mind maps, and save, sync and share your minds.
• To send emails you need, such as sign-in links, invitations, task assignments and calendar invites.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To understand and improve how the Service works.
• To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To transcribe recordings, tell speakers apart, organize your thoughts and translate the interface, your audio and text are sent to third-party AI model providers that process them on our behalf. Group listening separates speakers within a recording by how their voices sound; those voice labels are only used to color and attribute thoughts inside your minds.

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Please review it before relying on it.

• People you choose. Anyone you share a mind with can see and add to its contents, including files, transcripts and who said what.
• Service providers. Companies that host our servers, database and files, deliver email, and provide AI processing, under obligations to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or us.
• Business changes. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep your account information and content while your account is active. You can delete thoughts you added and whole minds you own at any time. To delete your account and its content, email admin@archangel.design. We may keep limited information where needed to comply with the law, resolve disputes or prevent abuse.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email admin@archangel.design. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request to know, delete and correct the personal information we hold about you. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there. You may use an authorized agent to make a request.

EEA, UK and Swiss residents. We process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (security and improvement), and where required, with your consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and minds are private to their owner and the people they are shared with. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. By using the Service, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact admin@archangel.design and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will give notice in the Service or by email.
